Here's a little information on the last half century: I got my first degree in Horticulture, and ran nurseries for years; then got bored in fall/winter - went to U. of Ma. and got my R.N. at 42 - first job at Duke Univ. Med Center. Since then, I have worked and traveled all over the country, including Alaska. Even went to China with 11 other nurses with the Eisenhower Foundation - what an unbelievable thrill that was!!!!
I have 3 grown kids - 2 girls, Cyndie age 43 who lives about 15 miles from me, and is a graphic designer, Katey age 42 who lives south of Boston and is a high school English teacher, 1 boy - Nicholas 29 who is "finding himself" lol - he is great with this computer stuff and fantastic with music, but so far hasn't found a direction - but he is a sweet guy and engaged to a gal who is in her last year of nursing school - they live in Augusta Maine (not too far away)
I have lost 2 husbands, the last one 7 years ago this July. Yup I get lonely!!! I am working part-time now with a visiting nurse agency connected to Boston"s Children's Hospital - we do critical care pediatrics.
I have a wonderful 90 lb. mixed breed dog named Hagrid, that I absolutely adore, and a pet rat named Bubbles, who is funny, friendly, and cute. I am addicted to flower gardening and am currently looking for a 12 step program - "not" as the kids say.
Please tell me all about you and yours.. I bet you might even be lucky enough to have grandkids by now - I don't have any so far, still hoping though.

Again,so pleased to hear from you, your picture is great but you always were beautiful, I am thinner than I was in H.S., hair is still red, but lighter.
